While we strive for prompt delivery, occasional delays may arise during product launches, promotions, and holiday periods. FREE SHIPPING

Enjoy complimentary shipping on domestic orders exceeding $100 after discounts and promotional codes have been applied. For international orders, please be mindful of customs and import duties, as these are your responsibility.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction with Dawg Performance products is paramount to us. If you wish to initiate a return, please do so within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Reach out to us at support@dawgperformance.com

Return Conditions:

  • Products must remain unopened and in original condition.

  • Apparel should be unwashed and unworn with original tags.

  • All markdown sales are final; no exchanges or returns will be accepted on sale items.

  • Limited edition products are not eligible for refund/exchange due to their exclusivity.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the fully returned item(s) with the attached order number. Return shipping is your responsibility. While we do not offer prepaid return labels, we gladly cover shipping costs for any new product sent out during an exchange.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund, minus shipping costs, will be credited to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

We take great care to ensure all items arrive in pristine condition. Should any damage occur during transit, please contact customer support immediately for a prompt resolution.
